I've just completed an illustration to be included in the second volume of the upcoming Lone Wolf Anthology accompanying my good friend Mark Baumann's story. This year (2024) is the 40th anniversary of the immensely popular Lone Wolf gamebook series. It's nice to have my artwork become a part of something that I grew up playing.
Asif Hassan was a featured designer at ATX Protospeil for his excellent mostly-cooperative game Tenebrus for which I am supplying the artwork!
On the Horizon
I'm once again working with Uncle Staple to bring Staple! Austin's Independent Media Expo to St. Edward's University. Stay tuned for an annoucement on that.
Another Lindenbaum Prize competition is just around the corner! The official announcement is coming soon, and I've got a couple of ideas brewing already.
I'll be presenting a paper entitled at this year's Southwest Popular/American Culture Association (SWPACA) entitled "Leaning into the Limitations of Physical Gamebooks."
